Manic Depression

"mental health issues" Manic-depression also known as bipolar disorder. If you suffer from something sever as bipolar disorder a.k.a. manic depression, going through the ups and downs of the day. Your in a great mood, the next minute you’re in a horrible mood it’s no telling how you feel at the end of the day, your modes becomes incredibly elevated and you cant control your actions, you start to overreact when your incredibly stress and therefore you take the stress out on anyone around, over any small situation no matter how meaningless it may be. Because of this you drive away friends family and anyone who ever gave a damn about you throughout your entire life. You hate the way you feel but don’t know what to do about it.
The best thing for you to do, is to seek actual help because this isn’t one of those small time easily solved problems, this is an actual real mental illness, this is something that actually can affect your day-to-day life, this is a real mental disease. Unlike these other so-called mental illnesses manic-depression puts you in a horrible state which your mood is pretty much completely out of your control you must seek immediate psychological help, maybe take a little bit of medication until you put yourself in a position in which you could take back your mind and think nothing but positive thoughts. Try to perpetuate a position in which you can control your actions on a day-to-day basis, and not become incredibly elevated and start to fluctuate in mood. Because these mood fluctuations can be deadly at times because they elevate your stress level and can put you in a position for a heart attack because they can raise your blood pressure. These things are dangerous to you because you can overreact to a situation around the wrong person and put yourself in complete and utter danger. Not everyone knows your condition because not everyone is your friend or your family, so therefore when your overreacting and causing problems and chaos throughout the community, eventually someone is going to step to you and that person most likely that person is not going to take pity on you, because they don't realize that you have a disease or disorder, so therefore they’re going to attack. When this person attacks most likely your going to strike back causing a dispute in public now your in anger management and so forth when realistically you can take charge of the problem yourself and get help before you start to become a completely depressed uncontrolled member of society.
